Threadwell is based at 18 Uttarakit Road, Pak Nam, Krabi 81000, Thailand. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Threadwell provides general education, communication skills workshops, document organisation support, and informational materials for households. Our services are designed to help families build everyday skills and maintain clear, accessible records.

All content and sessions delivered by Threadwell are general and informational in nature. Nothing provided by Threadwell constitutes personal, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. We do not assess, advise on, or take responsibility for individual household circumstances or decisions.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking appropriate professional guidance where needed.

3. Booking and Payment

Session bookings are made by submitting an enquiry through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only once Threadwell has sent written confirmation and any applicable payment has been received.

Prices for each service are displayed on our website and are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing; any change will not affect a booking already confirmed in writing.

Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Threadwell reserves the right to decline a booking request at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling +66 75 428 193.

• More than 48 hours' notice: We will offer a reschedule or a full refund of any payment made.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: A reschedule may be offered subject to availability. Refunds at our discretion.
• Non-attendance without notice: No refund or reschedule will ordinarily be offered.

If Threadwell needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a new time or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Threadwell sessions and the Steady Family Library — including guides, checklists, templates, and workshop content — are created by Threadwell and remain our intellectual property.

Materials are provided for personal, household use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt any Threadwell materials for commercial purposes or share them with third parties without our prior written consent.

6. Website Use

You may use the Threadwell website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our site in any way that causes or is likely to cause damage, disruption, or impairment to the site or to other users' access.

We take care to ensure that information on our website is accurate and kept reasonably up to date. However, we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the website is at your own risk.
